Is Nancy Grace Right or Wrong?

Despite the genre of this Blog, it is vital to address certain issues. Please bear in mind that this is not considered juicy chit chats or exquisite gossip.

Is Ms. Grace speculating, has she blown this out of proportion, is it unreasonable of her to make such a statement, is this inflammatory? Before we swiftly judge her, let us remember that even though she now works as a HLN/CNN Legal Commentator, TV Host and TV Journalist, Ms. Grace is an Attorney who once worked as a Special Prosecutor for the Georgia District Attorney's Office on extremely serious felony cases.

Since Ms. Grace is not a Legal Defender but rather the opposite, should it not be perfectly acceptable for her to explore all the possibilities? Does she have to be a subjective professional in this particular case? Not everybody is going to handle this delicately sad matter with pure silk gloves. While these are difficult and painful times for all of us, it is very important to drive down all the avenues in the woodlands in order to cautiously sift the wood for the trees. As tough as this is to hear or bear, perhaps we could all be objective and consider the fact that Nancy Grace is simply doing her job by asking all these pertinent questions. If all others had done theirs when they were supposed to, this entire shockingly distressing matter would not even be a subject for discussion in the first instance.
