The Superbowl XLVI Verdict

I watched the beginning, handed in a request to be called for the Half-time Show and then retreated to a quiet place. There was food, drink and plenty of enormously juicy chit chats in the that particular zone.

"It's half-time!" An instant exchange of spots, the gentlemen/boys disappeared....the ladies/girls made themselves cosy and comfortable. "Isn't she too old to be doing that?" I smiled with calm patience, "she is only 53, she is still young.....it's her job, this is her profession... this is what she does for a living, she is working....this is how she makes her money." We watched, laughed and listened......sang along, grooved this way and that way with our hands in the air.

Madonna , LMFAO, Nicki Minaj, MIA and Cee Lo Green were interestingly entertaining. It was over in a jiffy....the gentlemen/boys returned.....the girls disappeared, the ladies stayed put. More chairs added....."the Patriots have it.....he didn't just do that......they're nervous.....he dropped it......that's Mario Manningham.......he caught it......David Tyree.......no, that was an an accident......no, no, it's Ahmad Bradshaw.....I don't think that was on purpose......oh my God the Giants have won the Superbowl......they've sacked the Brady bunch!"

In our total viewing zone 98% was for the Giants, my 1% was neutral (re. exit Randy Moss) and the final 1% in my Beloved Son was for the Patriots. Like Tom Brady he was disappointed but politely calm, restrained and silent. VERDICT: I did not see MIA's finger action nor did I hear her utterance......whatever she did or said, I can categorically state without reservation that all those in the Land of the Giants would wholeheartedly agree with her.
