The internet is aflutter and abuzz with news that Willow has cut her hair. No, you argue, "she shaved her head, haven't you seen the the photo!" Well, whatever she has had done is purely a question of perspective as this really depends on which side of the planet one hails from.
This particular Artist is the offspring of Artists who is not afraid to push the boundaries. She could not care less about the opinions of others. Ms. Smith has already traveled to the most exotic and wonderful places on this earth - the many lovely nations of of Africa spring to mind. This is one American who is proud of her African heritage. She knows that girls of her age are the most beautiful in their natural state.
