The Purpose Of This Scornful Story Is...?

The story on the circuit is one of lies, betrayal, envy, gossip, greed and crime. It is all well and good when one writes an autobiography or biography of sorts however if such a book purports to expose a Lawyer, chances are, heads will certainly roll. Ms. Angela Stanton's second book: "Lies of a Real Housewife: Tell The Truth and Shame The Devil"  refers to none other than Ms. Phaedra Parks. The author had a deeply troubled childhood, her 2008 freshman effort "Life Beyond These Walls" was written to help other young girls overcome. "I wrote this book as a training manual and resource for dialogue, to help the young women of this nation become critical systematic thinkers for the 21st century and beyond." Kudos and well done Ms. Stanton.

Dare I offer the question but what happened to the author since her previous literary outing, who has the current truth? Ms. Stanton immensely succeeds in exposing herself as a vindictive (and perhaps, spiteful) individual. What precisely is the objective of this new book? Bravo's RHOA is in its fourth season, there has been plenty of time for unpalatable media expositions of this nature. Whose intelligent decision was it to wait x-number of years...who else wants a television show... how long will it take to chi-ching all the way to the bank?    

To cap this sordid nip in the bud, a so-called Christian Minister and niece of the late Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. has provided the book's foreword. Perhaps the rather conservative Dr. Alveda King's contribution is supposed to cast spiritual illumination in the midst of this wanton location of darkness. Ladies!?!  God affords us better use of our time.
