NEWS - American Children Barely Rescued As Street Floods.

ABC World News reported how three children almost drowned as the streets filled up with water. Their Illinois neighborhood was completely flooded. The first photo barely shows the head of one of the children. All are eventually rescued by adults who happened to be driving through the floods.

Thank God for their deliverance and safety.
