NEWS - Nigeria Enjoys The Good Life With Champagne Bubbles

As Nigeria continues to make her ascent in the global luxury market, her penchant for the good life is duly noted. In view of her stance as one of the largest consumers of champagne and given her growing population accompanied by jolts from the ever rising wealthy and middle class, it is a matter of how quickly. The controversy of Nigeria holding second place after France is not difficult to comprehend given consumption by the United Kingdom, United States of America and Germany. Analyst place Nigeria in the top 22 rather than 10 as the number one consumer of champagne is the producing nation of France.

In 2014, Nigeria acquired the position of 23rd largest importer of champagne in the world and the number one importer in Africa. In view of her continuous growth and development, all controversies rest as the reality is simply a case of when, not if Nigeria will be second to France.

  1. This is not something to be too proud of. Those buying champs could spend that good money elsewhere.
