EVENTS - The Edinburgh International Book Festival



The Edinburgh International Book Festival is billed as the largest of its kind in the world. With events including but not limited to children's programs, educational events, debates, panel discussions, recitals, talks and performances by musicians, poets and writers. 

The Edinburgh International Book Festival is in conjunction with the Edinburgh Festival Fringe: a celebration of the arts and entertainment comprising of 3,000 events. 



African talent at the festival includes Alain Mabanckou (Congo), Chigozie Obioma (Nigeria) and Margie Orford (South Africa).
