Sara Lundberg and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark
Copenhagen Fashion Week wrapped up yesterday with Sara Lundberg winning the grand prize. The 28 year old Swedish designer who has just graduated from the Swedish School of Textiles was one of 24 students who competed for the Designers Nest Prize valued at $7,310.
Second prize was awarded to Louise Wanggren of the Swedish School of Textiles and the third went to Irina Benetyte Stange Jensen of the Copenhagen Royal Danish Academy of the Arts.
It does not come as too much of a surprise to learn that the singer, Lady Gaga, has worn outfits created by previous winners of the Designers Nest Prize.
