MUSIC - Femi Kuti Fondly Remembers His Afro Beat Father



Yesterday, Femi Anikulapo-Kuti fondly remembered his Father, Afro Beat Musician, Fela, who died 2nd Aug, 1997.

Femi tweeted:

[   18 years gone since the passing of our father, Fela, he still inspires us, we miss him, we LOVE him. #Fela4ever   ]


While Fela's twitter page said:

    We need to see a big blockbuster movie about the life and times of Fela. The broadway play was a run a way success.
