ANIMALS - Cat Covered In Concrete Cannot Open Eyes

Faye Richards from Bristol thought it was a mass of bundle tape on her door step but as she approached and looked a little closer she realized it was a cat covered in concrete.

The cat was shaved and his eyes are being treated after being badly affected

The tom cat was shaved and had its eyes treated. There is no microchip however the Vet has informed ITV News that they are actively searching for its rightful owner. It is difficult to ascertain whether this was an unfortunate accident or animal cruelty.
