The Newark, New Jersey native literally grew up in his family's hair salon and was known to style his Mother's hair after school hours. A student of Cosmetology, Cesar has clocked over 15 years in the industry. His art has been seen on television shows, in and on the covers of fashion magazines (such as GQ, Italian Vogue, ID, Latina Magazine, etc) and on catwalks and runways. Cesar continues to collaborate with the very best of designers.
