FILM - Lupita Nyong'o To Star In New Sci-Fi Thriller

Lupita Nyong'o is currently in talks to star in a new Sci-Fi thriller with Ava DuVernay expected to direct. The Intelligent Life film written by Jurassic Park collaborators, Collin Trevorrow and Derek Connolly will fall under Steven Speilberg's Amblin Entertainment banner. 

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film is reworking of The Ambassador about a United Nations worker in a department that was created to represent human beings in the event of an alien contact. A man falls in love with a mysterious woman who turns out to be an alien. 

Ngong'o will play the woman in the midst of the alien contract. A summer start is targeted for this project.
