NEWS - President Obasanjo Wants Government To Provide Enabling Economy For Prosperity

The Former President of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo has urged the Nigerian Government to create an attractive enabling environment in order to encourage private investment to grow the economy. In attendance of the British American Tobacco Company of Nigeria, President Obasanjo said that it is imperative for the government to partner with the private sector to attract both local and foreign investments in the country. 

The Chairman of the Senate Committee on Trade and Investment, Senator Sam Egwu said the National Assembly is prepared to create laws that will attract investment in Nigeria.
