NEWS - American University Offers 200 Girls Free Education

American University of Nigeria 

The American University of Nigeria is offering free education to 200 displaced girls, orphans and vulnerable girls who have no proper to access to education in Adamawa State. The President of the University, Margee Ensign said it is entitled the Feed and Read Program. 

Initially the Irish government had only provided sponsorship for only 50 girls but after special research 200 girls were identified for immediate assistance. 

Former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar is the founder of the American University of Nigeria.

    This is very good. The other universities should follow and do the same for girls AND boys.
