NEWS - Footballer's Ex-girlfriend Gets Six Months Jail Term For Stealing His Rolex Watch

A court in Yaounde, Cameroon, has found Samuel Eto'o's ex-girlfriend, Nathalie Koah guilty of stealing his Rolex wristwatch. The businesswoman and socialite has been sentenced to six months in jail for improper retention of the footballer's property. 

One will recall that Ms. Koah unsuccessfully sued Mr. Eto'o for blackmail and coercion. Her book entitled Revenge Porn which detailed her seven year relationship with the footballer has been banned in Cameroon and France.

The sentence is three months suspended with a 12.7 million CFA fine payable to Samuel Eto'o.

    This sounds rather silly. The judge/judgement sounds a little biased here. The allegations shouldn't stick as this was just a personal vendetta. The footballer's money played a role in her sentencing.
