Babatunde Fowler, the Executive Chairman of Nigeria's Federal Inland Revenue Services is aiming to generate N4.5 Trillion in 2016. Just how does he intend to pull this off? It is believed that Value Added Tax (VAT) revenue will be increased from N500 Million to N2.5 Trillion. It is Fowler's view that a proposed N8 Trillion 2016 budget will be executed.
