FILM - Dr. Bennett Omalu Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith Attend Concussion Premiere

Concussion is about Dr. Bennett Omalu who, after conducting the autopsy of Pittsburgh Steelers Mike Webster, discovered a new disease which he named chronic traumatic encephalopathy or CTE. Actor Will Smith plays the doctor in the movie.

Sony's Concussion also stars Albert Brooks, Alec Baldwin, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Paul Rieser and Luke Wilson. 

The film is produced by Elizabeth Cantilon, Ridley Scott, Giana Scott, David Wolthoff and Larry Shulman. It is written and directed by Peter Landesman.  

Concussion will open on Christmas Day.
