SPORTS - Congratulations To Nigeria's U-23 Champions

Nigeria's U23 Dream Team VI

Nigeria emerged as champions at the U-23 Africa Cup of Nations scoring 2 first half goals against Algeria. The two champion-sealing strikes came from Oghenekaro Etebo. The final tally: 2-1. Nigeria takes the first qualifying position in Rio de Janiero as African Champions.

It was an interesting match as Algeria missed an opportunity to equalize in the second half and goal keeper David Emanuel saved a penalty from USM Algers Zinedine Ferhat. Either way, Algeria takes the second qualifying spot in Rio while South Africa takes the third.
