Senator Ben Murray-Bruce of Bayelsa East is anxious to put an end to do or die elections. Here is his own personal take on the corrupt practice of #DoOrDieElections.

1. I said it last week, I'll keep saying it. If you want #DoOrDieElections to end, reduce politicians salary and block access to the Treasury.

2. If INEC conducts an election in the state with N6Million federal allocation, I assure you, you won't see #DoOrDieElections

3. Study states facing #DoOrDieElections, they have a common denominator, high federal allocation which internal and external forces are after.

4. Political parties are broke after 2015 elections and are desperate to capture states with high allocations. #DoOrDieElections

5. That is why my Independent Prosecutor Bill is necessary. If we had Federal and State Prosecutor #DoOrDieElections will end.

6. Why? Because an Independent Prosecutor elected by the people, with his own budget, will fight corruption and end #DoOrDieElections.

7. So please call your Senator and ask her/him to support my #IndependentProsecutorBill.

  1. I agree. The earlier their salaries are reduced the better for Nigeria and all Nigerians.

  2. Corruption corrupts. Corruption corrupts absolutely. Nigerians know this but do zilch about this problem. Without this level of greed in government, Nigeria would be a world power. Let's see where this bill goes.
